Cancellation policy

Up to 6 months (180 days) before arrival:
A cancellation fee of 10% of the accommodation rate will be charged.

From 6 months to 3 months (179–91 days) before arrival:
A cancellation fee of 30% of the accommodation rate will be charged.

From 3 months (90 days) before arrival until 1 day before arrival:
A cancellation fee of 70% of the accommodation rate will be charged.

In case of no-show:
A fee of 90% of the accommodation rate will be charged.

In case of early departure:
The full booked stay will be charged. Unused nights cannot be refunded.
